How Can I Create an Asset Group View in Attaxion?

Account administrators can create asset groups from the Account window. All group members can filter for the same assets but can still see others outside the group.

Go to the Groups window by clicking Account from the menu on the left and selecting Groups.

Click the Create group button.

You will be prompted to follow a three-step process, beginning with setting a group name.

Type the Asset Name to add the assets the group will manage. After adding all the relevant assets, click Next.

The last step requires adding team members to the group. You may choose Add all team members or search for specific members to add.

Click Finish to create the group. You can now see the new group in the list, along with the number of assets and team members.

With this configuration done, you can start filtering Assets and Issues by group to view only those relevant to that group. To do so, go to Assets and select a group from the drop-down menu.

To filter issues by group, go to All Issues and select a group from the drop-down menu.

You can also Edit or Remove groups from the Groups window by clicking the relevant button under Actions.

To remove a group, click Remove and select I’m sure, remove from the confirmation box that will appear.

This action will erase the group from the list and the Assets and Issues filter by group lists.
